Return & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY:

 

We accept items returned unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase.

Once we accept your return, you will be refunded with your original method of payment. If you paid with a Purchase Order, you will receive credit to your Western Costume account.

 

We accept returns in-store.

We accept returns shipped back to us, but customer is responsible for return shipping. Also, please be aware that items shipped back used or outside of the 30 day return period will not be refunded.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

 

We accept exchanges in-store. We accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value within 60 days of purchase. If the exchange is for items of greater value, the customer pays the difference in-store at the time of the exchange.

 

INTERNATIONAL SALES REFUND POLICY

 

  1. The Western Costume Supply Store quotes shipping times based on information provided by the mail carrier. Western Costume Company is not responsible for additional transit time due to errors on the part of the carrier, or due to products being held at customs in the country of destination.

  2. Western Costume Company does not refund the cost of goods, the cost of shipping, or any cost associated with an order that may be held at customs in the country of destination.
