RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY (COVID-19 Update): 
In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we are not accepting returns or exchanges of any merchandise until further notice.

INTERNATIONAL SALES REFUND POLICY 

  1. The Western Costume Supply Store quotes shipping times based on information provided by the mail carrier. Western Costume Company is not responsible for additional transit time due to errors on the part of the carrier, or due to products being held at customs in the country of destination.

  2. Western Costume Company does not refund the cost of goods, the cost of shipping, or any cost associated with an order that may be held at customs in the country of destination.
