The Soft Pouch is our lowest profile modesty garment for people with external genitalia. Designed with nudity and small movements in mind, we included a tape tab at the top so there are no worries about slipping off. Don't want the tape tab? It is easily hidden by folding it over and taping it down. The garment will still be functional as it has an adjustable drawstring and silicone toggle to secure it in place.
